Parity between Hindi and English
The public facts and meaning available in Hindi must also be available in English; no additional public claim is kept only in the English version.
Translation is not mechanical imitation. It preserves equal fact, meaning, title and religious dignity.

Images, identity and permission
Historic images are used with their subject and context. An unidentified person is never named by speculation, and private images are not published without appropriate permission.
Images are not treated as decoration alone, but as visual witnesses that help readers understand life, parampara and institutional memory.

A continuing process of correction
Public material is respectfully corrected when stronger authentic information becomes available. Factual corrections should include a source, a clear description and use of the official contact.
